What is Critial Illness Insurance?
You have the option to purchase critical illness insurance, which provides a fixed, lumpsum benefit upon the diagnosis of a serious illness like heart attack, stroke, or cancer. Benefits are paid directly to you and may be used for any reason from deductibles and prescriptions to travel expenses, childcare or other everyday expenses.

Wellness Screening Benefit	$50 payable to any covered person on your plan one time each year, once you provide proof of an eligible health screening.	Examples of eligible screening tests are: cardiac exercise stress test, chest x-ray, mammogram, colonoscopy, lipid panel, along with several others.

What is Accident Insurance?
An accident insurance plan provides benefits to help cover the costs associated with unexpected bills. You don’t budget for accidents if you’re like most people.
